Beirut, Lebanon. Sabra street. The old Gaza hospital has been transformed to house the poor and Palestinian refugees. Nadima Youssef Said Nasser, her twin daughters and her grand-daughter. Nadima lost her husband, her father-in-law, three nephews and five other relatives during the Sabra & Shatila massacres of 1982. She lives in a room without kitchen, toilet or bathroom. Kitchen, toilets and bathrooms are on the same apartment floor.
Three toilets are shared by the seven families of that floor.
