New York, USA. Empire State Building in the fog. The Empire State Building was built between 1929 and 1932. The Art Deco Skyscraper was opened on May 1st 1931. The building is situated at 350 5th avenue in Midtown Manhattan. It was designed by architect William Frederick Lamb of Shreve, Lamb and Harmon. Height is 381 meter and 443,2 meter with antenna. There are 102 floors. It is without doubt one of New York's most famous landmarks.
